| So i thought that i would pass along my first trip to the dyno for some much needed tuning. I went to Pro-Dyno in Fort Mill, SC. The guy that runs the place is named Dan. They are a Mustang shop but he wanted to try out the Zemulator. Before i show the results just let me say HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!!! Pro Dyno... So first pull with nothing but the preset tune that Ash sent me on 9psi the car made 347whp and 345tq. Not what i was hoping for but this is untuned with horrid A/Fs. So Dan spent about 30 min figuring out the Zem and on 9psi after several tuning pulls the car put down 428whp and 360tq. That is 80whp in tuning...My frown was turning upside down. Well we then started upping the boost but only got as high as 16psi. Unfortunately there was a problem. Before you start to laugh or cry the motor did not blow up. There was a leak in the fuel rail. (I made my own 300degree rails by tig welding -6 ends to the rails.) So i have to either rework those or spend the cash on the 300degree rails. But for the results on 16psi 524whp and 454tq. All of this was with A/Fs steady at 11.9 and on 93 octane and with the good ole factory fuel pump. Which might i add everyone there said was impossible to make power with. Oh and he only charged me 100 bucks...... hehehehehehe Next visit after the fuel fix hopefully some race gas and 25psi or higher... I want to see what she has in her. So i must say i am happy with all the long hours in my basement during this build. Especially since i didnt spend a dime on a mechanic other than the machinist. So if you are in or around NC or SC go to PRO DYNO.......he will get er done.
